Woking (UK) – April 2009. Over the past year Rostrvm Solutions, the call centre application provider, has extended its operational territories with implementations in West European and Nordic countries. These new regions add to Rostrvm’s established activities in the UK and Asia.
Hot on the heels of this commercial success the rostrvm product has been technically enhanced to support call centre agents in their own language through the storage and presentation of any international character set. The first live deployment will deliver Japanese data to call centre agents and call centre managers.
Simon Wellings of Rostrvm Solutions commented “Our platform is inherently flexible and has been the basis of sophisticated, tailored call centre solutions for years. We can now take that capability a stage further and localise our implementations to meet language and cultural needs.”
Wellings concluded “Rostrvm Solutions has over twenty years’ history of organic growth largely built upon our blue chip, UK customer base. Now is the right time to build upon our recognised technical expertise and actively expand the business by developing solid international growth”
