Combined Solution Delivers Best-in-Class Features for SMB and Enterprise Customers

ADTRAN®, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTN), a leading supplier of converged services networking and communications solutions, announced today that its NetVanta® 7100 IP PBX has been certified for deployment as part of Covad’s Integrated Access service. The combination of ADTRAN’s highly integrated, feature-rich NetVanta 7100 with Covad’s SIP-based Integrated Access service provides a high-quality, cost-effective solution for converged voice and data services for Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB) and enterprise end users.

Covad’s Integrated Access service is an affordable, all-in-one phone and Internet service designed for businesses with up to 35 employees per location. The service is delivered over a powerful voice-optimized T1 line and utilizes SIP trunking to support a wide range of IP digital and analog PBXs.
