Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi, Former AT&T CTO and Intelliden’s Advisory Board Chairperson, Will Discuss the Technology Trends Set to Impact and Benefit Service Providers
Intelliden, Inc., announced today that its Advisory Board Chairperson, Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi, will deliver a keynote on “Business Transformation in the 21st Century” at the TM Forum Management World Nice Conference, May 4-8th, 2009, to be held at the Acropolis Convention Center in Nice, France. The theme of the conference is “Strategies and Tactics for Tough Times” – one that Dr. Eslambolchi, as the former AT&T chief technology officer, is well qualified to discuss. Intelliden also tackled this issue when it outlined five strategies to navigate the economic downturn: http://www.intelliden.com/press_releases-278.html.
In a separate presentation by Gary Testa, Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Intelliden, telecom executives will delve into the brass tacks of how a comprehensive network policy mechanism built using an NGOSS framework, can be applied for reliable, predictable and secure operation of service provider IP networks. Intelliden has pioneered a next generation network compliance solution, which continually validates device configurations against compliance policies and intelligently applies corrective actions to resolve non-compliant conditions.
On Wednesday May 6th, 11:35 am – 1:30 pm: Dr. Eslambolchi will participate in a panel as part of the keynote presentation entitled, “How Should We Approach Operational Transformation?”
On Thursday May 7th, 9:00 am – 10:30 am: Dr. Eslambolchi will deliver a keynote address entitled, “The Power of Technology in Business Transformation in 21st Century.” The keynote presentation will outline Dr Eslambolchi’s vision for how the power of technology will transform the business of every service provider worldwide. The presentation will provide insight into top technology trends over the next several years, and will discuss how these technologies will transform the world and our daily lives and the evolution and future direction of Information Communication.
On Friday May 8th, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm: Gary Testa will present: “Policy Based Networking: How to Avoid Driving Your Network via the Rear View Mirror.” Reliable, predictable and secure operation of IP networks is critical for service providers. It is paradoxical therefore that most IP networks continue to be configured, provisioned and managed without any comprehensive network policy mechanism. The presentation outlines how NGOSS framework can be applied to network management solutions for defining and enforcing network-wide policies for operational, security and regulatory needs.
