Every VersaCheck® software title is engineered to easily design and print checks that are 100% compliant with ANSI X9 specifications and check processing laws in the USA and Canada. VersaCheck® works stand-alone and can also seamlessly import and merge check data from other popular accounting programs with a large choice of electronic check templates. VersaCheck® 2010 is now fully integrated with ProVision Payment Manager to streamline & expedite check approval and payment workflow. With ProVision, desktop users can send electronic checks via email for recipients to print from their PC. Users can automate funding approval requests from account owners, instantly print email checks from clients who owe them, view & approve checks from any internet connected computer, setup multiple check approvers, and setup vendors to receive & print email check payments. ProVision’s fee-based service can be instantly enabled from within VersaCheck® 2010 titles.

All VersaCheck® 2010 titles integrate with VersaCheck Payment Processing Services for users to accept and process credit card transactions directly from their PC. With this service and an inexpensive USB card reader, users can turn their desktop PC into a complete POS terminal and eliminate the time and cost of setting up expensive credit card terminals. Export of accounting data to Excel spreadsheets has been improved to support the reporting needs of accountants and management. G7 has also included its 4X UltraSaver™ ink management software in all its VersaCheck® titles, a $39.99 value, to increase any inkjet printer ink yield by up to 400%.
