Cúram Software, the leading provider of Social Enterprise Management (SEM) software solutions, and HP today announced a new global agreement to deliver a comprehensive SEM solution to public sector agencies worldwide.

Consisting of hardware, software, and Web services, the SEM solution is designed to improve the overall quality and efficiency of service delivery by empowering agencies to overcome boundaries, simplify business processes, and integrate new applications into a holistic citizen-centric overview.
