Genpact Appoints New Country Manager for the Philippines

Danilo “Dan” Sebastian Reyes to Oversee Operations and Long-term Growth Initiatives

Genpact (NYSE:G), a leader in the globalization of services and technology and a pioneer in managing business processes for companies around the world, today announced that Danilo “Dan” Sebastian Reyes has been named Country Manager for its operations in the Philippines. In his new role, Reyes, a native of the Philippines with more than 20 years of experience in the services and outsourcing industry, will work to enhance customer satisfaction while developing local talent and expanding Genpact’s presence in the country.

Prior to joining Genpact, Reyes was Board Director and President of SITEL, where he oversaw growth strategies designed to boost company revenues and profitability. His past experience also includes positions as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Salmat Philippines, Inc. as well as Director and Interim Country Manager of Contact World, Inc.

Genpact also announced that Mohit Thukral, SVP and Business Leader for the company’s Banking, Financial Services & Insurance practice, will assume executive-level responsibility for the Philippines and will work closely with Reyes to pursue long-term strategic growth initiatives. Thukral has been with Genpact for over 10 years, and has held key leadership positions throughout the company.
