TouchStar Call Centre Software Honoured at Being Shortlisted for Customer Focus Award

TouchStar Call Centre Software has been nominated as a regional finalist for the prestigious National Business Awards sponsored by Orange for the ‘Customer Focus Award’ category. The award is for businesses that have demonstrated that they have customers at the heart of their businesses and deploy and manage resources to effectively meet the needs of their customers.
TouchStar, the developer and supplier of a range of contact centre products including predictive dialler technology has long been renowned within the industry for their customer-centric ethos.
Commenting on TouchStar’s achievement Lorraine Agnew, Programme Director, The National Business Awards said: “Making the short list for The National Business Awards Regional Programme is no mean feat and it is refreshing to see organisations like TouchStar CCS continuing to drive innovative solutions to call centre products and services.”
Philip Forrest, Chairman of Judges for the National Business Awards was also very encouraged by the standard of this year’s competition. He added: “Even in the prevailing market conditions, well run, professionally operated organisations are able to develop effective success strategies.”

The final of the National Business Awards Regional Final will take place on Thursday 9th July at a gala awards dinner in Manchester at the Hilton Deansgate Hotel.
