Automated polling service provides cost-effective, instant surveys for market research and marketing sectors
Leading Voice CRM specialist, Qire, has announced the launch of its new hosted automated telephone-based survey solution for the market research and marketing industries.
The solution allows instant surveys to be carried out with large contact databases, results are reported online in real time, providing marketing agencies with more rapid access to customer opinions compared with traditional survey approaches.
