Mr. Rajinder Sharma Joins as Group General Counsel at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited

New Delhi, 26, May 2009: Mr. Rajinder Sharma joined Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, as a Group General Counsel at the Corporate Office in New Delhi. Mr. Sharma will head the Legal function of the Group and play a very important role. He will be responsible for all legal & indirect tax matters and issues across the businesses of the group.

Mr. Sharma is a BA LLB. He comes with a rich experience of over 20 years in Legal, Tax, Regulatory, Ethics and Compliance as well as Secretarial functions.
Prior to joining Dalmia Cement, Mr. Sharma was Group General Counsel for EmaarMGF Land Ltd.
