A-DATA to Launch Customer Service with Accel Frontline in India

Taipei, Taiwan – May 27, 2009 – A-DATA Technology Co., Ltd., the world second largest DRAM module supplier from Taiwan, announced today that it has partnered with Accel Frontline Services Limited as A-DATA’s service provider for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) supports for both channel partners and end-users in the India market.

Having experienced tremendous growth in India since last year, A-DATA is committed to develop the local market much more aggressively from this year onward. To serve the increasing number of our customers, A-DATA will launch a service program by working with India’s leading service provider Accel Frontline to offer RMA support throughout the region starting June 2009. Leveraging Accel Frontline’s more than 50 locations countrywide and the integrated logistics network, A-DATA’s channel partners and end-users will be able to get instant replacement for any A-DATA product found faulted. The replacement service will cover the complete A-DATA products, from DRAM modules, Flash cards, USB Flash drives, to SSD and HDD products.

A-DATA will continue to deliver its brand promise and after-sale support to fulfill the increasing need of the customers in India. With the new RMA service program in place, customers of A-DATA will be guaranteed to receive better and timely services provided by Accel Frontline at service centers across the region.
