Qwest Launches Newly Enhanced Web Site for Business Customers

To better serve existing and prospective business customers, Qwest Communications (NYSE: Q) (www.qwest.com) has created a more user-friendly, robust Web platform that allows users to learn about communications solutions, scale and manage their Qwest services while monitoring their network from a convenient online hub.

KEY FACTS
The enhanced site at www.qwest.com/business includes product information and multimedia resources including product demonstration videos, customer testimonials, case studies, whitepapers, access to Webinars and more.
The site also includes a password-protected, self-service online portal called QControl® for existing customers to access detailed account information and manage their Qwest services through a customizable home page, dynamic message center and expanded features including network maps and circuit charts.
Visitors to the site also will find a new way to navigate through information about Qwest’s portfolio of business solutions that fall under one of three portfolios: Qwest iQ® Connect, Simplify or Enhance.
Within the Qwest iQ Connect category are core products that create a communications foundation including data, voice and network solutions to keep customers connected.
The Qwest iQ Simplify portfolio builds on that foundation and includes simple, bundled services designed to meet the reliability and security requirements of critical business communications.
Qwest iQ Enhance products complement customers’ Connect and Enhance solutions with fully managed security, productivity and resilience services.
The new site was created in partnership with EffectiveUI, an award-winning Denver-based leader in the design and development of custom rich Internet, desktop and mobile applications.
