Milan, Italy – June 24, 2009. Village Tronic, one of the leading pioneers of multi-display solutions, has announced that it is now offering discounts on its innovative ViBooks when customers purchase more than one at a time on its website. In Europe, the first ViBook costs €129 but then the price drops to €109 each for additional units ordered at the same time from the website at www.vibook.it. Prices include VAT and free shipping is provided to mainland Europe for orders from the on-line store. In USA and Canada, the first ViBook costs $US 129 but then the price drops to $US 109 each for additional units ordered at the same time from the website linked at http://www.villagetronic.com/vibook/buynow.html.
The ViBook enables additional monitors to be added to desktops and laptops very easily using a USB port to provide a low cost way to increase work screen area and productivity.
“We have had tremendous feedback from customers and reviewers on the ease of use of the product which is one of its key selling points especially if you want several screens connected to one computer,” said Ascanio Orlandini, Village Tronic’s CTO. “We have found that most customers are buying at least two ViBooks at a time hence this special promotion for multi-ViBook installations. You don’t have to be a computer specialist to fit it and set it up. Just plug one end into a USB port of a computer and the other into a monitor. Load our special software that comes with it, which handles all the aspects of running several screens from one computer, and you are ready to use your multi-screen setup. It really is that simple. Once you have tried multi-screens, you’ll never want to go back to just one screen. ”
The Village Tronic multi-screen software makes it easy to arrange programs on the screens exactly how the user wants them to improve their efficiency. For example, one or two programs can be dedicated to each screen so that they are always viable or a spreadsheet can be run seamlessly across all the displays. Everything the user needs to work effectively can be always on display to multi-task without the delay of having to scroll or open and close panes, which really improves productivity for very little cost.
