FreedomVOICE Enhances Reseller Relationships and Customer Care with New Hire

FreedomVOICE®, creators of the FreedomIQ® Hosted VoIP PBX, today announced the hire of strategic partnership guru Tina Maria Haley. In her new role as Special Projects Manager, Tina Marie will ensure resellers have best-in-class support and will work to perfect the customer experience.
“Although resellers come to us from a variety of backgrounds, many of them are TAG members. Tina Marie worked closely with resellers at TAG. She will use her understanding of the TAG membership to match customers with the best reseller for their situation,” says Eric Thomas, CEO of FreedomVOICE. “With the addition of Tina Marie, we will bring resellers the highest quality leads and customers the best resellers.”
Most recently Director of Vendor Relations at TAG National, a national organization of leading independently owned telecommunications companies located in the United States and Canada, and a valued strategic partner of FreedomVOICE, Tina Marie played a key role in the company’s growth and success. At TAG, Tina Marie worked directly with TAG resellers to help them get the most out of their relationship with the organization. Prior to TAG, Tina Marie operated as Director of Marketing and Customer Advocacy at Alliant Communications, NTR Director at Clear Channel, and Director of Creative Merchandising at Novica United Inc.
“I understand the objectives and challenges that resellers face,” explains Tina Marie. “This allows me to make sure the organization provides the resources they need to perform their best. My goal at FreedomVOICE is to create an optimal customer and reseller experience.”
With the hire of Tina Marie, FreedomVOICE is looking to bring a new level of personalized attention to reseller relationships and customer care.

Tina Marie conducted her undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Theatre and just recently completed her Masters, Summa Cum Laude in Leadership and Education Sciences at the University of San Diego.
