ITSM Solution provider launches attractive all inclusive ITIL based software package
CHESSINGTON – June 29, 2009 – Sunrise Software, an independent provider of IT Service Management solutions, today announced that it has re-packaged its ITIL based software offering to cater for the new financial constraints placed on IT departments in the recession.
The new package, which has been branded ‘Sunrise 20/20’, includes Sunrise’s highly successful ‘Sostenuto’ browser based software, standard implementation, training and 1st Year Support at an extremely attractive cost. The offering has been designed to allow organisations to step up to ITIL based processes with minimal investment in budget and resources.
“Being an independent software company makes us agile enough to gear our commercial strategy to market demand.”, said Sunrise Chairman Tom Weston. “We recognise that, although IT departments still view the service they provide to the business’s stakeholders as a priority, they are expected to do so within much tighter budgets. It’s understandable that they should turn to suppliers across the IT spectrum to be more creative in order to offer the best value they possibly can.”
Sunrise 20/20 will be commercially available with immediate effect. Details of the package are to be found at www.sunrisesoftware.co.uk/2020.
