UK Financial Services Sector Leads Adoption Of CRM, According To Results Released By CDC Software
NORTHAMPTON, United Kingdom/EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 24, 2006 — The financial services sector when compared to any other is leading best practice when it comes to client management, report 62 percent of customer relationship management (CRM) users surveyed in the U.K. A survey of CRM users commissioned by CDC Software, a leading global provider of enterprise software applications reflects that according to those surveyed, the financial services sector is a clear leader in the implementation and utilisation of CRM within their business. This is followed by the legal sector with 32 percent and the hi-tech sector with six percent of the vote.
