Nikon UK is pleased to announce the COOLPIX S7c
Nikon is pleased to announce the introduction of the COOLPIX S7c, a slim elegant compact digital camera that boasts vibration reduction and sophisticated in-camera improvement technology. The 7.1 megapixels and 35-105mm (35mm equivalent) zoom-Nikkor ED lens offers photographers the flexibility to shoot a range of images from wide-open landscapes to clear portraits boasting true-to-life colour. The large, bright 3.0-inch LCD monitor and 170-degree viewing angle allows smoother composition and high-quality playback anywhere, at any time.
Built-in electronic Vibration Reduction (e-VR) and other Vibration Reduction capabilities compensate for camera shake and unsteady subjects to ensure sharp, clear results. Anti-shake mode automatically activates e-VR and BSS, a feature that selects the sharpest image from up to ten sequential shots, while also setting the optimal ISO for steady results. High-Sensitivity mode maximizes the camera’s exceptionally high light sensitivity by choosing the optimal setting, up to ISO 1600, for shooting fast-moving subjects or low light conditions.
The new model boats a wealth of features that help create the perfect picture, including a One-touch portrait button which acts as shortcut to three unique Nikon image innovations. Face-priority AF*** automatically focuses on a person’s face for satisfyingly sharp portraits. In-Camera Red-Eye Fix allows photographers to compensate for unwanted red-eye effects in-camera and under exposed images, or shots taken with too much back light, can be rescued with the help of D-Lighting technology. There are 15 scene modes to choose from to suit the desired effect.
The COOLPIX S7c also features built-in IEEE 802.11b/g LAN support. An integral Wi-Fi antenna supports the wireless image transfer of images to a computer and wireless printing is made possible with PictBridge-compatible printers*.
