Kodak Names Oscar Planas Managing Director of the Latin America Region and Vice President of Graphic Communications Group

Eastman Kodak Company appointed Oscar Planas as Managing Director, Latin America Region, and Vice President, Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group (GCG). Planas, based in the Miami, Fla., Latin America headquarters, has nearly 25 years’ experience in the graphic communications industry.

In his new role, Planas will be responsible for optimizing all KODAK product and solution offerings, and ensuring strong regional results and profitability. He will lead day to day operations within the region, including sales of the entire GCG portfolio, along with customer service, product support, supply chain management, and tactical marketing for GCG in the region. Planas will also manage regional alignment of equipment service.

Planas most recently served as Director, Marketing and Business Development for Kodak’s GCG in Latin America. Prior to his time at Kodak, Planas worked in the Color Technologies Division of Imation, where held the position of General Manager for Argentina and International Business Development Manager for the Latin American Region.
