VH1 “You Oughta Know” Artist Eric Hutchinson Performs on “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” This Friday

Hutchinson Plays Washington D.C. on Saturday with Jason Mraz and Hits the Road with Kelly Clarkson Next Week

Latest Single “OK, It’s Alright With Me” Is #6* At Triple A Radio

Warner Bros. Records recording artist Eric Hutchinson will perform his Top 10 single “OK, It’s Alright With Me” on “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” this Friday, July 24th. The appearance comes the day after Hutchinson concludes the West Coast leg of his headlining tour with a show at Los Angeles’ El Rey theatre. Hutchinson, who’s played to sold-out audiences in New York, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and numerous other cities, will play Washington, DC with Jason Mraz on Saturday, July 25th, and will open on select dates for Kelly Clarkson beginning next week. Sales of “OK, It’s Alright With Me” have jumped 25% in the past two weeks. The song is the second single from Hutchinson’s debut album, Sounds Like This, which has sold more than 120,000 copies. With the success of his previous single, “Rock & Roll,” Hutchinson became the only new artist to score a #1 single at Triple A radio in 2008. “Rock & Roll” was used in the trailer for the feature film Away We Go starring John Krasinski and Maya Rudolph as well as in the television advertising campaign for the film and TLC Cable channel is using the track in its current promotional campaign, which airs all summer long.

“Rock & Roll” is also an international hit, going to #1 in Australia (where it’s been certified Platinum) and New Zealand and #2 in Norway (where it’s achieved Gold status) and Japan. Reviews have come in from as far afield as Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, where The Times recently said:
