Policyholders Receive Personal Fraud Resolution Assistance, Identity Recovery Coverage

Identity Theft 911, America’s leading identity theft resolution and education services provider, has announced that Utica National Insurance Group is providing IDT911’s comprehensive identity theft resolution services to Utica’s personal lines policies as a replacement for another vendor, and has also contracted to provide these services to the company’s commercial policyholders.

Through Identity Theft 911 (www.identitytheft911.com), Utica Insurance is providing commercial identity recovery coverage to covered business owners, partners, school administrators, fire department chief officers, head librarians, senior ministerial employees and all employed clergy.

Utica’s Commercial Identity Recovery coverage comes as an optional endorsement to an insured’s building and personal property coverage form for a commercial policy. It includes:
Reimbursement – Up to $15,000 for covered expenses incurred to repair credit history and identity records in the event of an identity theft. Covered expenses include lost wages, child care, credit bureau reports and fees for re-applying for loans declined due to falsified credit information.
Case management services – Personal help restoring a policyholder’s credit and identity records with credit bureaus, law enforcement agencies and financial institutions. Includes a dedicated, toll-free Identity Recovery Help Line to answer questions and provide assistance.
