RSA SIGNS ON REDINGTON AS ITS 2ND NATIONAL DISTRIBUTOR IN INDIA

The Security Division of EMC Aims to Expand and Strengthen its Reach Further in the Market

Mumbai, August 07, 2009: RSA, The Security Division of EMC (NYSE: EMC), today announced that it has signed on Redington India Ltd., an end-to-end provider of SCM solutions as the 2nd national distributor in India for RSA’s entire solutions portfolio. As part of its India growth strategy, RSA aims to leverage Redington’s considerable reach and proven capability to enhance its national presence, penetrate difficult markets to supplement its existing channel business, and forge mutually beneficial long-term partnerships among Value Added Resellers (VARs) across the country. RSA also now will be able to leverage Redington’s experience from working with EMC to address the demand for combined solutions for storage and security.
