YourKey for Smartphones and LifeLock Identity Theft Protection to be Co-Marketed through New Partnership Agreement

LifeLock is First Advertiser on the ‘YourKeyLock.com’ Web Site

Next Access Technologies, LLC, which developed and offers the patented YourKey™ personalized data security system for smartphones, today announced that it has signed a co-marketing and partnering agreement with LifeLock, Inc., the industry leader in identity theft protection.

The partnering agreement calls for YourKey, a secure and fun-to-use auto-locking interface and application that encourages users to protect personal and business information stored on their smartphones, to promote and advertise LifeLock® services via clickable banner and icon ads within the YourKey app.

As part of the agreement, LifeLock will be the first advertiser within the YourKey application and on www.YourKeyLock.com. The new Web site features a video of how the YourKey user interface and application works and provides information about the value of protecting data on personal technology devices, including mobile phones, PDAs, netbooks and PCs, as a key step toward protecting one’s identity. A free trial of LifeLock® services will be promoted on www.YourKeyLock.com through banner ad links as well as within the YourKey app.

‘A Dynamic Improvement to Built-in Locking Systems’

“Smartphones, such as the BlackBerry®, have built-in 4 to 8 character PIN auto-locking apps, which most corporate IT managers have set to auto-lock every 10 to 20 minutes meaning that a typical corporate unlocks their BlackBerry 20 times per work day or 5,200 times per year,” said Mr. Loop. “In fact, LifeLock corporate users have their smartphones set to automatically lock every 2 minutes! Our belief is that if a user is going to unlock their phone 20, 30 or more times a day, YourKey will become a favored application because it is more secure as well as more entertaining and rewarding.”

YourKey was designed as a dynamic improvement to built-in auto lock applications, increasing security and providing a more personal and fun utility while delivering brand impressions with each unlock. With YourKey, users create PINs from letters, numbers, logos and icons from popular products and brands, and personalize them with pictures or additional icons of sports teams, movie stars, athletes, colleges, TV shows or movies.

The first YourKey release will be for T-Mobile G1 Android-powered phones, with versions for Microsoft® Windows® Mobile 6.5, Blackberry®, Palm®, iPhone® and other phones now in beta testing.

In addition to introducing the YourKey app for smartphones, Mr. Loop said Next Access is currently in discussions with carriers, mobile handset and computer manufacturers about porting YourKey’s security application and advertising interface for use on netbooks, PCs, ATMs and other devices.
