ITC Infotech, Bangalore, becomes the first Indian IT company to be awarded the Social Accountability 8000:2008 certification

New Delhi, 17 August 2009: ITC Infotech, Bangalore, a global IT services company and a fully owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd., has become the first Indian IT company to receive the prestigious Social Accountability (SA) 8000:2008 certification. SA8000 is widely accepted as the most viable and comprehensive international workplace management system.
