Loop Mobile receives ISO 9001:2008 certification

Mumbai, August 18th, 2009: Marking yet another advance towards commitment to a seasoned quality management and quality assurance service, Loop Mobile is now ISO 9001:2008 certified. The certification was conducted in accordance with the TUV NORD CERT auditing and certification procedures.

Having met the customer needs consistently while being aligned to regulatory requirements, Loop Mobile maintains a management system in line with ISO for the design, development and provision of mobile telephony services. Loop Mobile has met and exceeded TRAI benchmarks time and again. The certificate acknowledges the reliability and quality which have always been the foundation of Loop Mobile service.
