F5 APPOINTS AVNET TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AS DISTRIBUTOR IN INDIA

The new agreement extends application delivery networking to the Indian market

Mumbai, India, August 24, 2009: F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV), a leading application delivery solutions company, today announced a distribution agreement with Avnet Technology Solutions, a value-added IT distributor and an operating group of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT)) in India. The agreement will enable Avnet to offer the full suite of F5 solutions to the India business partner community.
