GB Group announces three year deal with HMRC

~ government agency uses e-Trace to identify individuals of interest ~

GB Group, the UK’s leading identity management business has announced it has extended its partnership with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) through a deal with SCC Ltd.

GB Group has been working with HMRC for a few years to provide a useful Electoral Roll tool that helps HMRC trace UK residents.

The three year partnership will see GB Group supply its state of the art tracing technology to help with the identification of any individuals of interest to the HMRC.

GB Group’s e-Trace product combines multiple databases in sub-second speed, locating and verifying individuals anywhere in the UK. This means HMRC can find individuals easier than ever before, helping to increase the overall success rate of tracing individuals, improving collection rates and profitability. E-Trace includes 16 years of the historic edited Electoral Roll data, so HMRC can trace the movements of individuals over time – perfect for when there is limited or incomplete information and a need to build a picture quickly.
