Religare Technova Global Solutions and Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group sign on Bao Viet Securities for the implementation of new Trading and Settlement solutions

New Delhi, September 22, 2009: Religare Technova Global Solutions Pty. Ltd. (RTGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Religare Technova Global Solutions Limited, Bao Viet Securities (BVSC), and Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), are delighted to announce the signing of BVSC to implement RTGS’ Trading and Settlement solutions; TradeAnywhere and NOVA, to assist in the expansion of BVSC’s securities business. VNPT will be acting as an advisor to the implementation project.

BVSC, a part of the Bao Viet Group, established the first securities firm in Vietnam in 1999 and since then has been at the forefront of the tremendous growth in the Vietnamese securities industry, and has also been instrumental in introducing new initiatives to the market.
