Rolta Tops DATAQUEST 2009 Best Employers Surveys HR Ranking

Mumbai, September 22, 09: Rolta India Limited, one of Indias leading IT companies, was ranked at the No.1 position in Human Relations (HR), and at the 3rd position in overall ranking in the 2009 DATAQUEST survey of Best Employers in the IT sector.

The overall composite rank is based on scores for HR and Employee Satisfaction Survey. Rolta was ranked amongst the top three in the Employee Satisfaction Survey in parameters such as Culture & Environment; Job Content/Growth Opportunity; Training, Salary & Compensation; and Leadership & Colleagues. The survey ranked companies based on personal interviews with over 2900 employees from numerous companies.
