IBM Announces Global Curam Professional Services Practice
Curam Software, the leading provider of Social Enterprise Management (SEM) software solutions, and IBM today announced a new expansion to their strategic alliance to deliver human services, social security, and workforce services IT solutions to government agencies. IBM is one of the largest suppliers of consultancy and solutions to social services and social security clients in over 200 countries around the world.
As part of this initiative, IBM and Curam Software will collaborate to deliver government social services and social security IT modernization programs, leveraging Curam Software’s commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) SEM software with IBM Global Business Services and industry-leading infrastructure and middleware. The joint solution combines industry leading services and technology from IBM with the Curam Business Application Suite to deliver a state-of-the-art solution based on industry best practices, streamlined business processes, and integrated service delivery models from social enterprises world-wide resulting in an across-the-enterprise, cost-effective solution for agencies wishing to modernize their existing legacy applications. The IBM Integrated Case Management Solution with Curam Software enables integrated case management across the enterprise.
The IBM-Curam Software Strategic Alliance began in 1999. Over the past five years, IBM and Curam Software have worked together on state, local, and provincial-level social enterprise management solutions in Louisiana, Utah, New York and Ontario, Canada, as well as national-level solutions in Australia and United Kingdom.
