New Delhi, October 12, 09 – DMC International (BSE-DMCINTER), a Delhi based company is now expanding its operations in the emerging education sector by acquiring a premier test preparatory institute, Trump & Gates, from T & G Edutech Ltd for a cash consideration of INR 56.5 million.

Trump & Gates, a premier ISO 9001:2008 certified institute specializing in entrance exams coaching has earned a distinct reputation in the field of education. With more than 10 years of experience, they have been the pioneers in coaching for Actuarial Science, one of the highly paid specialized courses in the contemporary times. In addition, they offer expert guidance in preparing the students for GMAT, CAT, GRE, personality development courses and technical examination such as GATE, PSU and IES.
