YASH Technologies signs Enterprise Application Services Agreement with Chemtura

Inaugurates 5th Facility in India

Mumbai, November 15, 2006 ?YASH Technologies, a premier global provider of enterprise business and technology solutions, today inaugurated its new state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad. This is YASH’s third facility in the city besides Pune and Indore.Located at Hi tech City, this facility, will help the company build further cutting edge capabilities to create value for its global clients.

YASH Technologies also announced that it has been selected as an Enterprise Application Service IT partner for Chemtura Corporation, one of the largest publicly traded specialty chemicals companies in the US and a global producer and marketer of plastic additives. The $3.9 billion company has more than 6,500 employees in research, manufacturing, sales and administrative facilities in every major market of the world. YASH will help Chemtura implement its IT strategy with key focus on SAP across the US, Europe, Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Singapore, Latin America and Brazil. YASH also is working on the portals, content management, security and some custom development programs of Chemtura.
