Lockheed Martin Signs Master License Agreement with Serena Software

Bangalore, November 30th, 2006 — Serena Software, Inc., the Change Governance™ leader, today announced that Lockheed Martin’s global contracts group has entered into a master license agreement with the company. The agreement establishes Serena as a preferred Lockheed vendor and gives the company’s worldwide IT organizations access to Serena Change Governance solutions for increased productivity and on-time delivery of mission-critical development projects.

Lockheed Martin uses Serena® Dimensions™ across multiple business units for software development projects to standardize, track, and enforce hundreds of software configuration and development processes.
