Juniper Networks Introduces J-Assure Advanced Services for Maximizing High Performance Networks
Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: JNPR) today announced J-Assure Advanced Services, a subscription-based comprehensive suite of services aimed at delivering continuous, proactive support to service providers, enterprises and J-Partners. J-Assure tightly couples a subscription services and support model with Juniper’s software release model, which provides customers direct access to designated service managers and senior Juniper engineers. This service allows customers to take advantage of new feature releases for Juniper solutions including the branch office, remote access, network access control, data center, and IPTV. As a result, J-Assure customers receive on-going support to allow customers to fine-tune and optimize their networks for the highest level of performance and maximize the value of their hardware purchases.
“We designed J-Assure so that it is structured to grow service deliverables to directly match the support needs of networks globally – ensuring that customers have the most scaleable and resilient infrastructure while maintaining the highest degree of operational excellence,” said Brad Kashani, senior vice president of worldwide service for Juniper Networks. “By bringing together one of the industry’s first programs that combines subscription services with continuous, senior level support, we ensure J-Assure customers get the most out of their Juniper solutions and new feature releases.”
With its service provider and enterprise customers, Juniper experts plan and develop strategies around best practices in preventative and proactive operations for securing any Juniper solution, including branch offices, remote access, network access control and data centers, and for implementing IPTV technologies and more. J-Assure Advanced Services provide a simple engagement model that leverages advanced resources to anticipate potential network problems and address them proactively, thereby minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
