Ltd., a technology startup that aims to become a leading provider of digital video technologies, products and services, today presented the world’s first next generation wireless video streaming solution that integrates video time-shifting and place-shifting technologies to let consumers play their TV anywhere!

Consumers are increasingly using their PCs for infotainment purposes and companies across the world want to bring the TV viewing experience to the laptop and mobile devices. With internet available at public hotspots, it is now possible to stream live TV to anywhere. Monsoon is bringing to consumers the ability to watch their home TV subscription from their offices, hotels, airports and from outside the country.

Monsoon Multimedia announced their first global OEM partnership with Pinnacle Systems Inc., a division of Avid Technology Inc. Pinnacle is an industry leader in video editing solutions, TV tuners for the PC, and digital media adapters for the consumer market. Through the exclusive agreement signed between the two companies, Pinnacle is starting to market and sell the PCTV To Go product through retail and its usual channels in North America and will soon expand the presence in the India RIM markets.

“Pinnacle PCTV To Go” brand augments its widely known PCTV product family. Consumers can purchase Pinnacle PCTV To Go through the Pinnacle Systems website (www.pinnaclesys.com), at major retailers, such as Fry’s Electronics, and also at e-tailers such as Amazon.com, Buy.com and TigerDirect.com. PCTV To Go will be available in India in the first quarter of 2007.
