AT&T to Release Fourth-Quarter 2006 Earnings Jan. 25

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) will release its fourth-quarter 2006 financial results on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2007. The company’s earnings release, Investor Briefing and related earnings materials will be available on AT&T’s Web site at www.att.com/investor.relations by 8 a.m. Eastern time. AT&T will also host a conference call to discuss the results at 10 a.m. ET the same day. The conference call will be webcast live over the Internet at www.att.com/investor.relations and will be available for replay at the same address.

Cingular Wireless, which is solely owned by AT&T Inc., will release its fourth-quarter 2006 earnings on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007 at 8 a.m. ET. Cingular’s fourth-quarter 2006 news release and downloadable financial statements will be available on the AT&T Web site at 8 a.m. ET.

In addition, Cingular will hold a conference call with the investment community beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Jan. 24. Operational and financial results for the quarter will be discussed during the call.
