Red Hat Sets Up Support Center in India

Based in Pune, the support center is expected to address support requirements of its customer base in India. Additionally, it will also serve customers in English speaking markets worldwide.

The support services include managing Web ticketing, apart from knowledge management. It will also have a test lab for hardware and software certification.
