Carriers and network operators can also deliver BlackBerry training to their BlackBerry customers through Consilient’s carrier courses. Consilient’s BlackBerry courses deliver direct assistance to carriers’ customers throughout the BlackBerry deployment process.

This hands-on course is designed for end users who want to get the most out of their handheld. Consilient’s trainers uncover all the BlackBerry tips and tricks, and ensure participants are comfortable operating their device.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server for Administrators
This course provides system administrators with detailed instruction on how to implement, manage and administer all components of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Consilient’s training course is a comprehensive, step-by-step guide for system administrators and covers all the features of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Installing BlackBerry Enterprise Server
This course covers how to install and configure BlackBerry Enterprise Server and use basic administrative
tasks to ensure smooth functionality.
Carrier Customer BlackBerry Training
Consilient’s training services assist carriers’ customers with the entire BlackBerry deployment. Consilient’s trainers install the BlackBerry Enterprise Server at customer sites, deliver handheld and server administration training and provide post-BlackBerry customer support.
