Linksys Debuts Highly Reliable, Affordable Network Attached Storage Systems For Small Business
Linksys®, a Division of Cisco Systems, Inc., and the recognized leading global manufacturer of voice, wireless, and networking hardware for home, Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and the small business user, today announced its first line of small business network attached storage solutions.
“Built specifically for the small business, these robust, easy-to-use storage systems were designed with data protection and expansion in mind,” said David Tucker, senior director of product marketing, Connected Office Business Organization, Linksys. “Each NSS offers a small business the ability to select the storage configuration that best addresses its model with management features that help provide data integrity, file protection, security, and reliability at a fraction of the cost of other available options.”
NSS4000 and NSS6000: Linksys Small Business Network Storage Systems chassis do not include hard drives, so the small business can choose the capacity that best addresses its business needs. Installation is quick and easy with no installation CD required. Linksys does not place proprietary code or drivers on the hard drives, enabling easy “hot swapping” or interchanging of the drives.
