Optimum Lightpath Expands Executive Team with Appointment of Telecom Industry Veterans

Company Names Troy H. Glick Vice President of Product Development and David O. Strauss Vice President of Marketing

Optimum Lightpath, the next-generation business broadband service provider of Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC), today announced the addition of Troy H. Glick and David O. Strauss to the executive management team. Mr. Glick will serve as vice president of product development and Mr. Strauss will be vice president of marketing. In their new roles, Mr. Glick and Mr. Strauss will be responsible for the strategic development and marketing of the company’s innovative business telecommunications services.

In his role as vice president of product development, Mr. Glick will set Optimum Lightpath’s product development and management strategies, ensuring products are properly aligned with company goals and enthusiastically accepted by the marketplace. Mr. Glick joins Optimum Lightpath with 17 years of business and product development experience in broadband and telecommunications, including co-founding and managing Broadband Assurance, a firm focused on broadband solutions for branch office and teleworkers. Mr. Glick also previously directed Time Warner Cable’s commercial data marketing and product management functions.

Mr. Strauss will oversee the company’s branding and marketing strategy, including all initiatives related to interactive and direct marketing, advertising, public relations and sales support. Prior to joining Optimum Lightpath, Mr. Strauss was worldwide program director of partner marketing for IBM’s Systems and Technology Group. Mr. Strauss also held senior marketing posts at Sprint PCS, AT&T Wireless Services and American Express.
