Kodak’s Health Group Launches New X-Ray Film Program: “Viewbox Express”

Eastman Kodak Company’s Health Group announced the launch of “Viewbox Express” – a new on-line ordering system that enables healthcare practitioners in the U.S. to purchase Kodak’s x-ray films at very attractive prices. Purchases can either be filled directly by Kodak or through a network of participating dealers.

Healthcare providers such as diagnostic imaging centers, orthopaedic practices, urgent care centers, chiropractic facilities and podiatry offices that join Viewbox Express will be able to buy Kodak’s most widely used line of high-quality, general radiology films – such as KODAK T-MAT G, KODAK X-OMAT BT and KODAK Hyper Speed G films to name a few – at a price previously unavailable to smaller healthcare practices. There are no membership costs or fees for joining Viewbox Express and registration takes just a few minutes. The Viewbox Express system is available for immediate use.

“Under this exciting new program, customers can obtain KODAK x-ray films directly from trusted sources at truly affordable prices. They will get the very best products available, and have the option to purchase them directly from a company they know and trust,” said Michael J. Barrett, General Manager, Radiology Systems, Kodak’s Health Group. “There are no minimum order quantities and the process is simple and convenient. We are confident that customers will find this to be a very valuable service, and best of all, we are open for business right now.”
