The BioSciences Group of Fujitsu Computer Systems Announces Name Change of CAChe Software Brand to Scigress Explorer, Launches Scigress Explorer 7.6 Version
The BioSciences Group of Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation today announced that it has renamed its flagship CAChe(TM) suite of desktop molecular modeling software to Scigress Explorer(TM), and also announced the availability of its latest edition of the high performance chemistry suite, Scigress Explorer(TM) 7.6.
Scigress Explorer is a unique desktop molecular modeling software package that can apply a wide range of computational models to all types of molecular systems, from small organic molecules, to inorganics, polymers, materials systems and whole proteins. Scigress Explorer speeds time-to-discovery by providing powerful computing and analytical tools designed for experimental scientists.
Takahiro Tsunekawa, Vice President of the BioSciences Group, said, “As the BioSciences Group expands its Explorer brands and product line, we are adopting a new naming convention to encompass the various fields of high performance chemistry that Fujitsu enables.
