SITEL Launches 5th Contact Centre in Gurgaon

SITEL Corporation, the world’s largest provider of contact centre and back office services announced the launch of its operations in Gurgaon, India.

New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 27, 2007 (XTVWorld.Com) — Speaking on the occasion, Safir Adeni, CEO, SITEL India stated, “We are excited to launch SITEL India’s 5th and the largest contact centre in Gurgaon, one of the most prominent outsourcing and offshoring hubs in India. “The first process at the Gurgaon centre is a 500 people tech support operation for a major North American client,” said, Sachin Varma, Sr. Vice President and Centre Head, Gurgaon. The centre will initially focus on the Financial Services and Telecom verticals leveraging on the significant talent pool in the capital region.
