Red Hat Receives Honors for Services in Europe
Red Hat Inc. (Nasdaq: RHAT), the world’s leading provider of open source solutions to the enterprise, has won recognition from the Swedish Computer Society for its high level of customer care in a gala ceremony in Stockholm’s City Hall. Red Hat was named the winner in the ‘platform category’ after achieving outstanding results in the annual Swedish Computer Society customer satisfaction survey. The survey, conducted by IT-barometer on behalf of the Swedish Computer Society, covers all Swedish companies with over 200 employees, representing 80% of the total IT budget in the Swedish market.
“The Swedish Computer Society aims to promote and reward companies that have distinguished themselves from competition with remarkable customer satisfaction. Red Hat, which has even improved its score since last year, is one such company that performs consistently well,” said Inger Gran, Director of the Swedish Computer Society.
