Motorola (NYSE:MOT), a global leader in wireless communications, today announced the release of a new music video (MV) and Motorola television commercial by acclaimed Chinese chanteuse Zhou Xun.
The atmospheric video, entitled Companion, is set in a cool reflective wonderland featuring Zhou Xun in four roles, each evoking one of the vibrant colors of the iconic MOTOKRZR mobile device. Companion artfully underscores how MOTOKRZR, offered in cosmic blue, black slate, fire red and silver quartz, artfully accents your own personal style.

Zhou Xhun, something of a style chameleon herself, proves again she is the ideal model to demonstrate MOTOKRZR’s virtues. In 2006 the talented artist received countless awards for outstanding performances, both as a musician and an actress, in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China. As the anthem for the MOTOKRZR television commercial in Greater China, Zhou Xun’s song “Companion” is inspired by the constant evolution of fashion in the life of a modern woman.

For this hit, Zhou Xun worked with well-known Hong Kong songwriter Lin Xi, who wrote the song’s witty and engaging lyrics.
