WNS partners with CIMA for F&A training accreditation

WNS Global Services and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants announce the launch of a corporate partnership.

WNS Global Services enters into a partnership relationship with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) to establish a framework for the development of a CIMA Training programme, leading to the accreditation of WNS as a CIMA Quality Training Partner. This initiative will facilitate study for candidates within WNS and practical experience support in their profession development.

In addition, CIMA and WNS will develop professional development programmes for WNS employees, including guest lectures and finance related seminars. CIMA will also accredit WNS as an in-company Computer Based Assessment (”CBA”) centre to provide assessment for the Certificate in Business Accounting.

WNS will invest into developing a Centre of Excellence to deliver learning and training facilities, to current and potential employees on earn as you learn basis. Students qualifying through this programme will be absorbed by WNS Enterprise Services, Finance and Accounting division to support its growth.
