Zicom inaugurates “Capability Enhancement Centre”
Zicom Consumer Service Group, the country’s leading electronic security solution provider in home and retail security has announced the launch of its new international quality training institute known as “Capability Enhancement Centre” at Vasai. This is the country’s first electronic training institute and is launched considering the shortage of quality manpower in the security business.
This state-of-the-art captive training centre has an accommodation facility for around 20 people along with two classrooms and hands-on practical equipments training. This institute also provides houses recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, badminton court, amphitheatre etc.
Commenting on the launch of the training institute, Mr. Reji Thomas, HR – Head, Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd. said “The business of electronic security systems is growing abundantly and to drive the company’s growth one needs to have quality manpower which will enable to keep cost pressure down. To overcome the attrition in this sector, we have come up with this institute which will provide strong learning ability to cope up with technology and knowledge based industry.”
