Kodak Board Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend

Eastman Kodak Company’s board of directors today declared a semi-annual cash dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding common stock of the company.

The 25-cent per share dividend declared today will be payable July 16, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2007.
