AirIQ Inc.-Comment on Lawsuit Filing

The Company has today become aware of a lawsuit filed against it and its subsidiaries on May 10, 2007 by LunarEye, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, for alleged patent infringement. The Company has not yet been served with the lawsuit but is currently reviewing the publicly available information regarding this matter. The Company will provide further details of the lawsuit once it has had an opportunity to review it in detail.
