Etisalat gives customers more control with ‘Auto-Pay’

Etisalat customers can now enjoy greater control of their finances by setting fixed budgets and making regular, scheduled payments using their credit card with Etisalat’s new ‘Auto-Pay’ service.

Essa Al Haddad, Chief Marketing Officer, Etisalat said: ‘Auto-Pay is the new secure and easy online way to pay any Etisalat bills – mobile (GSM and prepaid), fixed-line, internet (Al Shamil and Dial-up) and television (E-Vision). Using the Auto-Pay service Etisalat customers can also renew their Wasel account and recharge their Wasel prepaid connection on a weekly or monthly basis with a current offer of 10% additional credit on the recharge amount for Wasel prepaid accounts’.

To set up AutoPay Service:
Step 1: Log on to www.etisalat.ae/online and register a mobile account – GSM, Wasel, fixed line or Internet.
Step 2: Activate the accounts the customer wants the payments to be made for, by registering the credit card details on Etisalat’s 3D secure payment system.
Step 3: Specify payment details – ‘Outstanding’ amount or ‘Fixed’ amount as well as ‘Weekly’ or ‘Monthly’ recharge amount for Wasel account.
Etisalat will keep its customers updated on transactions made against their Auto-Pay account via SMS. An advanced SMS is also sent in situations when there are insufficient funds on the credit card. This provides customers the flexibility to either use a different credit card or make alternate payment arrangements to avoid disconnection of the service.
Customers can change their credit card details at anytime by logging on to Etisalat’s website. Credit cards from Visa or MasterCard can be used along with this service.
