Callidus Software Holds First Semi-Annual Customer Advisory Board
Customer Advisory Board Increases Customer Centricity and Collects Input to Further Optimize Product Direction and Development
Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD) , the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), today announced it successfully launched its Customer Advisory Board program with its first semi-annual three day meeting. Callidus executives gathered with a dozen customers from financial services, communications, high-tech, life sciences and retail industries to listen to their comments and receive input to continue on its path of customer-centric product development. Customers shared their successes with SPM solutions, provided feedback and spoke about the business performance benefits and key learnings achieved through the industry’s leading SPM solution.
The Customer Advisory Board provides critical input from customers for Callidus’ product development and helps the company prioritize which products to invest in and how to further improve them. The event also helps us gather insight into industry-specific business processes and enhance customer centricity. The event gathered customers from Callidus’ list of Fortune 1000 companies including Novell, Siemens UGS PLM Software, John Hancock and Embarq. Customers were able to speak to specific requirements and challenges that their companies experience, as well as learn more about how Callidus SPM products are helping to increase sales revenue, manage channel sales and improve sales productivity.

Customers were able to speak with Callidus product specialists regarding the different delivery options companies have for SPM implementation, as well as gain insight into Callidus’ product roadmap.
