Toshiba Corporation and Kaga Toshiba Electronics Corporation (Kaga Toshiba) today marked the official opening of a new semiconductor production fab based on 200mm wafers at Kaga Toshiba, a consolidated subsidiary of Toshiba based in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan.
